No accounts, no personal data
CupProbs has no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles. It does not ask for, store, or process any personal information. The forecast is generated server-side from public match results and betting-market odds, then served as static files — the same numbers for every visitor.
Cookies and local storage
We set no tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only to remember your own preferences on your device — the light/dark theme and whether you have dismissed a one-off hint. That data never leaves your browser and is not sent to us. Clearing site data removes it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that reports aggregate page views and performance. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track people across sites. If the analytics token is not configured, no analytics script loads at all.
Hosting and logs
The site is served through Cloudflare in front of a small origin server. As with any web host, standard, short-lived request logs (e.g. IP address and user-agent) may be processed transiently to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not build profiles from them.
External links and sharing
Shareable scenario links and per-team pages encode only forecast state (such as a tracked team or a what-if scenario) in the URL — never anything about you. When you share a link or open the share menu, the destination service (e.g. a social network) is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data sources
Match results and fixtures come from football-data.org and ESPN's public scoreboard; betting-market odds from The Odds API; squad values from a one-off historical snapshot. See the methodology for how these feed the model.
